sponsored by ICANN. This is the only domain name registration
service that we trust (it began as the US Government
registration database in 1988). There are many companies
that offer domain name registration services for less
money than ICANN, but it is the only service
that does not allow reselling and subletting of names.
When we register a domain name for you through ICANN,
you are the owner of that name for
the term you desire (from 1 to 10 years). Your domain
name cannot be transferred without your express consent. |

most common registration is for .com address. You can
also obtain a .net address , a .org address (if you are
a non-profit or member-services group), and .edu (if you

then send us an e-mail listing your top 10 choices.
Please be sure to tell us how long you would like to
own your name (1 to 10 years), and any acceptable variations
(such as inserting a dash between words). We will perform
the search and then contact you with the results.
Once
we have determined the name you desire is available
for registration, we will request your payment information
so that we can complete the registration process. This
can be done over the phone, via fax, or email.

cheaper it becomes. When choosing a registration term
you must consider the nature of your web site. Does
your site have a limited life span? Are you just starting
out and do not want to commit your hard-earned dollars
to a long-term registration? Or do you want the peace

the next 5 or even 10 years?
Remember,
regardless of the registration term you select you will
be notified at least 60 days before you domain name
is set to expire with the opportunity to renew.
